Course Won't Load

If your course isn't loading or you're seeing a blank screen, try these troubleshooting steps.

Quick Fixes

  1. Refresh the page (Ctrl+R on Windows, Cmd+R on Mac)
  2. Try an incognito/private browser window
  3. Temporarily disable ad-blockers or privacy extensions for parenttaught.com
  4. Try a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox)

Session Expired Error

If you see a "Session Expired" message, your login session has ended due to inactivity or clearing cookies. Log back in and you'll pick up where you left off — your progress is saved automatically.
