If you've forgotten your password or are having trouble logging into your account, you can easily reset it using the password recovery process. This will allow you to create a new password and regain access to your driver's education course materials.
Step 1: Navigate to the Login Page
Go to the login page and click on the "Forgot Password?" link located below the password field. This will take you to the password reset request page.
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
Enter the email address associated with your account. Make sure to use the same email address you used when you registered for the course. Click "Send Reset Link" to proceed.
Step 3: Check Your Email
Check your email inbox for a password reset message from us. The email will contain a secure link to reset your password. If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
Step 4: Create a New Password
Click the link in the email and you'll be taken to a secure page where you can create a new password. Choose a password that's at least 8 characters long. Confirm your new password and click "Update password."
Step 5: Log In with Your New Password
Once your password has been reset successfully, you'll be redirected to the login page. Use your email address and new password to log in and continue your driver's education course.
Changing Your Password (When Already Logged In)
If you know your current password and want to update it, log into your account and go to your account page. Click "Change" next to your password, enter your current password for verification, then create and confirm your new password.
