The most common reason: Mistyped email when purchasing the course
If you accidentally created a ParentTaught.com account with a typo in your email (e.g., example@gmial.com
) or if you no longer have access to the email address, please contact us directly with the correct email.
The 2nd most common reason: Your email provider is your school and blocks outside messages
If you created a ParentTaught.com account with a school email address (e.g., example@AISD.org
) they may block non-school messages from being delivered. Please contact us directly with an alternative personal email address (like Gmail, Yahoo, etc.).
Other Reasons you are NOT receiving the reset email:
- Check your spam, junk, promotions, or other email folders/filters.
- Search your entire email inbox for emails from
support@parenttaught.com
orwordpress@parenttaught.com
. - There may be temporary delays with your email service provider receiving the email. Wait a few minutes and check again.
