How Do I Reset My Password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, never created one, or you’re having trouble logging in to your ParentTaught.com account, go to the reset password page.

Enter the email address you used to purchase the course, then click “Reset Password”. A link to reset your password will be emailed to that address.

Tip: Reset passwords links are one time use only, and they also expire after a period of time. Click the link as soon as you receive the email.

You have received the reset email, but the link doesn’t work:

  • If you’ve requested a reset link more than once, make sure you’re clicking the link in the most recent email.
  • You may need to disable your email service’s mail scanner or link preview feature (often used by security software or some email providers), which could make the link expire before you even open it. Try copying and pasting the link directly into your browser’s address bar.

Reasons you are NOT receiving the reset email:

  • Typo in Email: Your account email address might not be correct. This typically happens if you accidentally mistyped your email when purchasing the course (for example: John2004@gmali.com instead of John2004@gmail.com). Send us an email at support@parenttaught.com or contact us and we will fix this for you.
  • Check Spam/Junk: Check your spam, junk, promotions, and other email folders or filters.
  • Search Inbox: Search your entire email inbox for messages from support@parenttaught.com or wordpress@parenttaught.com.
  • Email Delays: There may be temporary delays with your email service provider receiving the email. Wait a few minutes and check again.
  • School Email Blocks: If you used a school email address, it might be blocking external emails. See our article on not receiving password reset emails for more details.
